Wentzville Wildcats Board of Directors & Meeting Information

Regular Meetings
The Wentzville Wildcat Youth Football Association Board regularly meets on the third Wednesday of each month. The meetings begin at 6:30 pm (with the exception of November and December which will begin at 6:00 pm) and include a session that is open to the public.

November 18 @ 6:00 PM (ALL BOARD ELECTION MEETING)

Addressing the Board
Public comments are welcome at each regular Board meeting during the period designated for public statements. To address the Board, sign in before the meeting convenes at 6:30 pm (6:00 pm during Nov & Dec) at the table. The public will be called to by the Board president to make comments which must be limited to three to five minutes.

Closed Session
Following the public statements, there may be times when the Board will enter into the closed session. These sessions are not open to the public.
